Below you will find information on contacting Congressman Greg Meeks to stop the TPP. Please do so and encourage your fellow Local 1109 members to do the same. We also wanted to let you know that there is a great event for us to get together and support the Nichols Family. Michael Nichols suffered a severe spinal cord injury during a high school varsity game. To raise funds to help support his recovery cost, a chairty event is being organized by WFAN 660's Boomer & Carton. The event will feature several NHL Alumni representing the Devils, Islanders and Rangers; participants include Bruce Driver, Colin White, Grant Marshall, Steve Webb, Aaron Asham, Bob Nystrom and Brian Mullen - with more names to be added! All proceeds from the event will go towards the Nichols Family Trust and the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. This event is on Saturday, February 7th at 3 pm at Ice World Middletown Sports Complex, 214 Harmony Road in Middletown, New Jersey.
