Taking Away Health Insurance to Give a Tax Break to Millionaires

The new Republican Health Care Bill has been introduced and it involves severe health care cuts.  A report by the non partisan Congressional Budget Office projects that 24 million people could lose their health insurance.  Significant cuts are proposed to programs such as Medicaid that expand health care coverage to the working poor and where do these cuts go? Into huge tax breaks for the wealthy,drug companies and the health insurance industry.  That is why we are asking all of our members to take action today and call your member of Congress to tell them to vote against this plan.  More information can be found below.
