Brothers and Sisters, Please be advised, if you have not yet received a ballot please call Election Services Solutions (ESS) at 800-864-1263 and request one by Noon October 25, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All ballots must be received prior to Election Day, October 30, 2013. It is not only your privilege to vote, it is also your responsibility.
